The short version
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit carries over.
- If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited and the booking cannot be reinstated.
- Within 24 hours of your appointment, changes must be requested by email — we'll do our best to help.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your time on Nataly's calendar. It reserves a chair, the materials, and the prep our small atelier does for every welding.
Reschedules
Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment are honored subject to availability, and your deposit carries forward to the new time. Use the Your Bookings page in your account to reschedule yourself.
Cancellations
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated — please book again. We don't take this personally; the deposit just covers the time and materials reserved for you.
Weather, illness, and no-shows
If we need to reschedule due to weather, illness on our end, or an unsafe travel situation, we'll contact you and offer you the next available time with no penalty. No-shows are treated as cancellations.
Group events
Group events follow the same rules at the host level. Individual no-shows within a group do not change the group's total balance.
